Welcome to the Gallic Kitchen, home of the best handmade pies, tarts and quiches in the country. There are no additives or preservatives in our food and only the best home produced ingredients are used. The vegetables are sown, grown and hand picked at my brother's farm in Co. Offaly and a majority of our meat is sourced from local organic producers. Our shop is to be found in Francis Street, Dublin 8 but you can also find us at several Farmers' Markets across the country, from Dun Laoghaire on a Sunday to Kilkenny on a Thursday. There's lots going on in the shop, pop in for tea, coffee or a scrummy snack to eat. We also provide bespoke catering for private and corporate parties. Our food can be found at many shops and restaurants across the country. We are currently developing an organic farm in Co. Laois and intend creating a line of organic pies made from our own produce.
