The Gallic Kitchen was started in Dublin around twenty years ago with a shop and a production kitchen. We produce handmade pies, tarts, quiches, relishes, chutneys, jams and marmalade along with many other items. There are no additives or preservatives in our food.
We have now set up a shop in Abbeyleix, Co Laois which is open 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday, from 11am to 6pm. We sell a range of our produce there, alongside an ever-expanding range of delicatessen foods.
We are continuing to increase our catering side offering a personal service for both large and small events. We also sell our produce at Farmers' Markets and at festival events throughout the year.
